Scholarship management system that National has chosen to aide in streamlining how the VFW manages our Voice of Democracy & Patriots Pen scholarship programs.

It provides a platform where the students can submit their applications & essays online, the scholarship chairman can assign judges, the judges can log in to review applications & submit their review scores, & the scholarship chairman can promote the winning applications for their level to the next...all in one place.

Benefits of using:

The largest benefit of using the system is saving time. Students can simply go online to submit their application. Scholorship chairmen have instant access to all information concering their programs. Judges can do their reviews from anywhere, eliminating in-person judging that can be difficult to set up as well as time consuming travel.
